Fever Dreams

I began working on this collection during the spring of 2025 right after graduating college. At this time, everything in my living situation, my lifestyle, family, and even career, was changing. Fever Dreams was born from this; routine morning drawings that served both as a form of 'dream journaling', and a practice to bring order and thoughtfulness to instability, and clarity to my increasingly blurred days.

Fever Dreams exists as a point of singularity, a window into a world without limit. Through dizzyingly surreal compositions, I set out to build a world where my hopes, dreams, and fears, could mix with playful, and pointedly human storytelling.

These works depict my journey through life. Chaotic, yet precise and intuitive marks serve as a foundational building block for complex, layered works, littered with nods to my lifestyle in New York. Symbolism, expressive figures, and dreamy colors, all work as elements of a pictorial language, that seeks to guide the viewer through a reflection, ultimately offering a path into one's own emotional and psychological architecture.
